The Graduate Seminar Series is a great place to come to spend 30 min hearing about the wide range of research projects being undertaken in the Department. Mostly given by PhD students in their second year, the seminars provide plenty of time for discussion over some tasty snacks. The audience represents all groups within the Department.
When : Tuesdays in term-time at 1.00 pm - which means snacks are available!
Where : Genetics Department Tea Room
Speakers : Second year graduate students present their research. Occasionally, if a space in the schedule is available, third year Postgrads or Postdocs may also present
Who may attend : Postgraduate and Undergraduate students in the Department MUST attend; all other members of the Department are welcome
