Events in the Department of Genetics

The Department runs two main series of talks, which are open to everyone [ie non Department members are welcome to attend]:

• External seminars. These are normally held on Thursdays at 2.30pm, in Room G6
  All are welcome, including those who are not Department members
  These seminars are organized by Viji Draviam and Boris Adryan
  Talks.cam feed available
• Postgrad talks are held on Tuesdays at 1.00 pm, in the Genetics Department Tea Room
  Second and third year graduate students present their research - and as of 2011 the remit includes Postdocs as well
  Postgraduate and Undergraduate students in the Department MUST attend; all others are welcome
  These talks are organised by Damian Crowther and Boris Adryan

Some talks are open to Department of Genetics members only:

• Postgraduates organise a Journal Club in some years, but there are no meetings set for the 2011/12 session
