Steventon Group members' image on the cover of Development

Members of the Steventon Group contributed to a paper published in the November 2018 issue of Development - 'Neuromesodermal progenitors are a conserved source of spinal cord with divergent growth dynamics'.

A montage of their images, showing the extension of prospective neural and mesodermal cells along the anterior to posterior axis of five zebrafish embryos, in which a photoconvertible nucleus-localized protein has been expressed and photoactivated also features on the cover [below]

Andrea Attardi, a former Erasmus Programme Masters student, and Tim Fulton, research assistant and now PhD student, are the lead authors.
