The Internal Seminar Series is a great place to come and spend 30 minutes hearing about the wide range of research projects being undertaken in the Department.  The seminars are given by Postdocs and 2nd year PhD students who present their research, and the audience represents all groups within the Department.

When : Tuesdays at 12:45 or 13:15 depending upon lecture theatre availability

Where : Part II Room

Who may attend : Postgraduate students in the Department MUST attend; all other members of the Department are welcome

  • Details of the seminars are given in the 'Upcoming events' feed in the right-hand column of the home page and 'About Department' section of this website. Click on 'View all events' for the full list
  • A poster providing information about dates and speakers is displayed around the Department and emailed to Department members prior to the start of each term.
  • For Department members all Internal Seminar Series talks are recorded on the shared Outlook departmental calendar.
